After 25 years in their cherished family home, our retired clients faced a common challenge: years of garden neglect had left their once-vibrant gardens overgrown and uninviting. Preparing to downsize and sell, they received expert advice that a strategic landscaping investment could unlock substantial property value, enhance curb appeal, and ignite competitive buyer interest. Following a neighbours recommendation, our client called us to come and discuss their options. After careful assessment of the block and their goals, we agreed a redesign and some garden landscaping, complete with a new lawn and raised flower beds would be the best approach.
The Process
Site Assessment & Planning
Documented the original layout to offer solution options.

Soil Replenish and Garden Clearing
Removed overgrown weeds, dead turf and other garden debris.
Treated soil with premium fertilisers.
Re-set lawn levels and added undulation around the rear of the garden for context.
Lawn Installation
Installed premium Buffalo turf chosen for both durability and classic Queensland appearance.
Rolled and irrigated the turf for strong, and quick rooting.
Paving & Planting Work
Reinstated clean borders with modern-style edging.
Added brand-new charcoal porcelain pavers with crisp white grout lines
Created : lavender rows, shaped boxwood, and seasonal colour plants for immediate impact.
Finishing Touches & Aftercare
Provided the client with a seasonal care guide to preserve the classic modern year-round appeal.
Work Completed

Key features included a refreshed front entry with manicured lawns and seasonal blooms for instant street appeal, plus re-turfed the back garden and laid a brand-new charcoal porcelain pavers with crisp white grout lines.
